We have accommodation for at least 24 persons on site and approc 80 in nearby accommodation.

​

Guests must have at least 1 night stay at Kookaburra Hideaway for weekend Wedding (sleeps up to 12 persons) 

1 night, checkin 1pm day of wedding $1800

2 Night,  check in day before wedding $2800

3rd Night $500

 

Also, Wallaby 1, Wallaby 2 and Woodcutter's Shed accommodation - optional. Sleeps up to 12 persons total.  

Price $395 for 2 nights, 2 persons. Up to  4 persons per lodge $25 per person per night for each extra person up to 4 persons..  Also, additional accommodation available in surrounding area.

Val Haydon or Marie Garvey as discounted  Celebrant, optional $450/$550.  Ok to bring your own Celebrant of Marrying person (Pastor, Priest etc).

Weekday Weddings – no accommodation is required Mon-Thursday excluding public holidays.

 

Our weddings are very relaxed and fun and because we have so many different zones, there is something for everyone, with a mixture of Boho, Vintage, Rustic styling included.  Guests can walk around, sit and chat in the different areas rather than being limited to their place at a table.

Wedding co-ordinator to help you along your journey and to assist with the running of the entire day.

Cleaning of the venue to prepare for the reception and clean up at the end.

Bathrooms:

​

The wedding shed has two bathrooms, one with a powder room. We also have wheelchair friendly facilities on site.

 

Includes supply of Toilet rolls, Floral sprays,  Hand wash, Hand lotion, Hairspray, Sewing kit, Ladies and men’s deodorants, Hand towels emergency supplies.

 

Wedding Ceremony and Reception Timing

 

Weddings ceremonies are 3pm or 4pm depending on daylight saving. 

 

Reception packages, after your ceremony finishes, are usually 5 hours, extra time can be purchased before or after if required, maximum 11pm finish for receptions due to Council regulations.

  

Ceremony Areas – The Marrying Tree and The Kookaburra Tree

 

We have 2 ceremony areas on site, with arbours, seating, aisle runner, signing table and floristry included priced at $450 for either location. These are priced separately as some couples choose to marry offsite, in a church for example.

We can also host smaller elopements on weekdays or Sundays starting at $2200.

We supply a list of recommended suppliers for catering and other services for booked clients.
